What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, inspection, repair, and preventative maintenance of medical products.
• Provide technical service support via telephone and in-person within the assigned territory.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal technical support teams.
• Document all service activities and manage service contracts according to company policy.
• Manage spare parts inventory, loaner equipment, and company assets.
• Support the Field Sales team by providing technical assistance and identifying new service opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate of Science Degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent military training.
• 2+ years of experience in field service for medical devices or related technical repair.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, system diagrams, and using repair procedures for calibration and troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel 40% to 75%, including overnight stays, primarily in northern Georgia.
