What you will do

• Design and build flow components and agentic flows in the Flow Registry using Python and LangGraph.
• Develop and maintain backend features across the Python Duo Workflow Service and the hirify.global Rails monolith.
• Integrate generative AI models, providers, and multi-agent orchestration patterns to improve chat capabilities.
• Implement and review GraphQL and REST APIs to ensure reliable communication with frontend clients.
• Improve observability, test coverage, and system performance to ensure AI workflows remain reliable at scale.
• Participate in Tier 2 on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and maintaining production Python backends.
• Practical experience designing and shipping AI-powered, agentic backend features and LLM integrations.
• Working proficiency in Ruby on Rails or a strong willingness to learn it.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in designing scalable REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom as per current location-based eligibility requirements.

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
