Salary: $206,000 - $290,000 USD

What you will do

• Own corporate security strategy across IAM, endpoint trust, SaaS security, data-sharing controls, and incident response.
• Develop and execute a multi-year security roadmap prioritized by risk and business context.
• Lead security operations using EDR/MDR, email security, and SIEM tools to reduce MTTD/MTTR.
• Establish practical AI governance guardrails and controls for internal enterprise AI adoption.
• Partner with IT, Legal, and Compliance on vendor security reviews and SOC 2 audit preparations.
• Build and lead a high-performing corporate security team, focusing on execution and accountability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience at the Director level or equivalent in corporate or IT security.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of maturing security programs in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
• Deep expertise in IAM, endpoint security, device trust, and incident response.
• Experience running programs subject to external audits (SOC 2 or similar).
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling security programs through Series C–E or pre-IPO stages.
• Familiarity with Apple device management in mixed-device enterprise environments.
• Experience with security automation to improve detection quality and response times.
• Background in access governance for distributed organizations with significant SaaS sprawl.
