Account Services Representative

TL;DR

Account Services Representative (Account Management): Maintain and monitor advertiser accounts and deals in the order management system while providing timely, accurate information to the sales team and clients with an accent on deal stewardship, schedule maintenance, and invoice discrepancy resolution. Focus on coordinating commercials and brand allocations across multiple departments and ensuring precise, guideline-compliant booking and delivery.

Location: Hybrid (Monday–Thursday onsite; Friday remote). Must be able to work out of the offices in a hybrid capacity in the United States.

Salary: USD 55,000–58,000 yearly (overtime eligible)

What you will do

• Maintain and monitor upfront and scatter deals in the order management system.
• Serve as the first point of contact to ensure proper maintenance of advertisers’ schedules.
• Schedule commercials, coordinate client brand allocations, reconcile account discrepancies, and send flowcharts and change notices.
• Steward deals through careful monitoring of delivery and provide recap packages as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Planner, Account Executive, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to ensure marketing elements are booked and executed correctly.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity: Monday–Thursday onsite and Friday remote, with at least four office days per week; company may change in-office requirements.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States now and in the future.
• 18 years or older.
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
