What you will do

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components, including cables, wire harnesses, chassis, and PCBs.
• Perform mechanical assembly of panels, Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), batteries, and servo motors.
• Set up and adjust assemblies while maintaining required tolerances.
• Disassemble, modify, repair, and rework assemblies according to engineering specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wire lists to ensure precision.
• Verify workmanship using established inspection procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of electronics assembly experience.
• Hands-on LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) assembly experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience assembling electronic equipment including cables, wire harnesses, chassis, and PCBs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and wire lists.
• Proficiency with hand tools, torque wrenches, and soldering equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience working in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Ability to distinguish colors for wiring applications.
• Good computer skills.
