What you will do

• Architect and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices for the Chat Platform.
• Build, deploy, and iterate on chatbot services and conversational interfaces for remittance flows.
• Design infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests with real-time messaging capabilities.
• Develop backend services using Google Cloud services and established industry standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and UX/UI, and mentor junior developers.
• Improve conversational experience using customer feedback and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build, ship, and iterate software with real-world impact.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with web services (SOAP and REST APIs).
• Familiarity with architectural patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture and Event Driven Architecture.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher required

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience building chatbots, conversational interfaces, or integrating NLP tools (e.g., DialogFlow, IBM Watson, Rasa).
• Experience or strong interest in Fintech.
