What you will do

• Maintain highly available cloud infrastructure edge for the identity platform.
• Automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform, Chef, or similar tools.
• Identify and implement improvements for system performance, scalability, and velocity.
• Debug complex system-level issues within a Linux environment.
• Collaborate on foundational infrastructure tooling and CI/CD platform development.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (US Soil).
• 8+ years of operations experience in cloud infrastructure and application deployment.
• 8+ years of experience administering and debugging Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming (Bash, Python, or Golang).
• Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.

Nice to have

• Experience in security-oriented cloud environments (FedRAMP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of PKI and certificate management.
• Advanced debugging skills using tools like strace, tcpdump, or Wireshark.
