What you will do

• Serve as a technical consultant for implementing new technologies and vendor management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application problems and critical technical issues.
• Monitor system processes and production performance using benchmarking and research.
• Develop software tools, documentation, and early warning indicators for application monitoring.
• Guide the installation of new software releases and updates into production.
• Analyze the impact of system enhancements and refine user requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in application support, technical customer support, or problem management.
• Proficiency in Linux and networking tools/protocols (DNS, tcpdump).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, Bash) and databases (Oracle, MySQL).
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills with a focus on troubleshooting and error analysis.
