Security Integration Manager (M&A)

What you will do

• Own security due diligence for prospective transactions, assessing target posture and compliance exposure.
• Define and enforce Day-1 security requirements, including identity, access, and connectivity decisions.
• Lead acquired products and teams through a structured integration onto the enterprise security baseline.
• Manage the security posture of acquired, non-integrated estates as independent operating environments.
• Maintain compliance scope for SOC 2 and ISO frameworks across the growing product portfolio.
• Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Development, Engineering, and Legal to report risk posture to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering, architecture, or technical program management.
• Direct experience with M&A security diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Fluency in identity management, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Strong program-management mindset with the ability to run concurrent workstreams to defined milestones.
• Ability to translate complex technical risks into business terms for executive leadership.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience building an M&A security function or playbook from scratch.
• Background in B2B SaaS serving regulated industries like legal, finance, or healthcare.
• Exposure to transaction mechanics including reps, warranties, and remediation covenants.
