Salary: 12 500–14 500 PLN/month gross

What you will do

• Troubleshoot technical issues in the SAP ERP integration area escalated from other departments.
• Support customers, partners, and consultants in resolving technical problems with clear, timely, detailed explanations.
• Stay up to date with new tools and features to resolve issues efficiently and drive ongoing product improvements.
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and relevant technical information.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
• General understanding of technology and comfort working in technical environments.
• Familiarity with distributed systems.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify root causes and provide actionable solutions.
• Detail-oriented approach to diagnosing technical issues.
