Software Engineer (AI Engineering)

Location: Must be based in Brazil (Onsite)

What you will do

• Design and implement AI agents to support developers and quality engineers across the testing lifecycle.
• Build systems that continuously adapt test coverage based on code changes and system behavior.
• Develop end-to-end tools and services using TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, Java, and Python.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and real-world development environments.
• Collaborate with Mobile, Infrastructure, and Product Engineering teams to improve developer productivity.
• Explore and implement RAG and prompt engineering to enhance system effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in high-scale environments.
• Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, or developer experience tooling.
• Strong proficiency in modern web/mobile stacks and backend services.
• Understanding of distributed systems and large-scale software architectures.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs (prompting, APIs, RAG, evaluation).
• Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML systems.
