TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (SaaS): Leading the evolution of a global product catalog platform with an accent on foundational data models, API syndication, and internal tooling. Focus on architecting scalable NPI frameworks, managing complex SKU lifecycles, and ensuring data integrity across billing and discovery systems.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US, but not eligible for hire in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Salary: $171,120 – $251,600 (varies by location).

What you will do

  • Define and execute the strategy for a centralized, multi-tenant product catalog service.
  • Standardize the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to enable self-service launches.
  • Design developer-friendly API schemas and internal PIM tooling for distributed product teams.
  • Lead technical strategies for migrating and ingesting legacy configurations and acquired entities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and sales ops to ensure billing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize catalog metadata flow for customer discovery and AI-driven assistant frameworks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience in APIs, developer tooling, or distributed backend cloud architecture.
  • Proven success scaling internal platforms like PIM, CPQ engines, or billing registries.
  • Deep experience with NPI processes and SKU lifecycle management.
  • Strong architectural acumen, including database schema design and graph architectures.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and reside in an eligible state.
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing enterprise catalog schemas for usage-based pricing and consumption models.
  • Background in master data management (MDM) within regulated environments like telecom or FinTech.
