Regional Digital Partner Marketing Lead (Program Lead): Driving the performance, consistency, and evolution of the Digital Partner Marketing Manager (DPMM) program across the Asia region with an accent on strategic alignment and operational excellence. Location: Must be based in Singapore or the APAC region (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Own the overall delivery and performance of the DPMM program across Asia.
- Translate global program frameworks into clear, regionally executable strategies.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a distributed team of DPMMs to foster growth and accountability.
- Act as the primary regional liaison for Microsoft stakeholders to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
- Drive operational rigor through performance tracking, governance, and standardized reporting.
- Identify systemic challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve program delivery.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in partner marketing, program management, or GTM leadership.
- Proven track record of leading regional or global programs at scale.
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft stakeholders or similar global tech ecosystems.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams across multiple markets.
- Expertise in performance metrics, ROI measurement, and governance frameworks.
- English proficiency: C1+ required for senior stakeholder management.
