What you will do

• Perform repair, maintenance, and service on AMR machines and equipment at customer locations.
• Provide L1 software support and troubleshooting for AMR systems, escalating issues when necessary.
• Manage spare parts inventory and device pools to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate business documentation, including repair orders, checklists, and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external software partners to resolve technical issues.
• Develop procedural documentation for engineering and support teams.

Requirements

• Background in mechatronics, dual trade (electrical/mechanical), or relevant field experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and understanding industrial communication protocols.
• Experience working in direct contact with customers in a service-related capacity.
• Ability to travel interstate and overseas as required.
• Familiarity with automation control systems and supply chain environments.
