What you will do
- Design and develop software applications using C# and Unity for surgical navigation systems.
- Integrate optical navigation technologies for real-time surgical tracking and visualization.
- Collaborate with hardware, clinical, and regulatory teams to define and deliver software requirements.
- Develop augmented reality and immersive visualization tools for surgical planning.
- Interface with cameras, sensors, and surgical hardware platforms.
- Document software architecture and testing procedures in compliance with medical device standards.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience with C# and Unity.
- Experience developing software that interfaces with physical hardware systems.
- Strong understanding of optical navigation systems in healthcare environments.
- Proficiency with SDLC, version control systems like Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with 3D visualization or real-time rendering.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device software development (FDA/ISO standards).
- Background in robotic surgical systems or navigation platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud services, web technologies, and REST APIs.
