What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Design and build containerized services using Kubernetes across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready state.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps infrastructure within an Agile framework.
• Review team code and provide suggestions for architectural and system improvements.
• Solve complex challenges at the edge using modern architectural approaches.

Requirements

• Secret clearance required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience with low-level languages (Rust, C, C++, Java, or Go) and scripting (Python or Bash).
• Experience building and operating revenue-generating applications.
• Knowledge of authentication, security best practices, and networking fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering (or 7+ years of equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Experience with SysML, DoDAF, and UAF frameworks.
• Experience supporting classified environments.
• Technical leadership experience with small teams.
• Master’s degree.
