What you will do

• Provide regional technical support, including hotline assistance and customer site visits.
• Conduct user training, maintenance, and site repairs for spectrum monitoring and analysis products.
• Participate in product demos, trials, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to fulfill customer requirements for field operations.
• Manage spare parts depots to support regional installations.
• Lead a small team and coordinate field activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore or able to work at Changi Business Park.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in security-related industries like critical infrastructure or homeland security.
• Prior leadership experience with the ability to manage a small team.
• Ability to travel on short notice and work on weekends or holidays as scheduled.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
