Salary: S$90,000 - S$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise physical security systems, focusing on Genetec Security Center, Synergis Access Control, and video surveillance.
• Program and configure new security devices, system expansions, and operational enhancements across APAC.
• Monitor system health and perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventative maintenance.
• Manage and prioritize service requests and break-fix incidents via Zendesk.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and installers to support maintenance and site access.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, service metrics, and reporting for projects and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience administering enterprise physical security systems.
• Expert knowledge of Genetec Security Center, including Synergis and video surveillance platforms.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Solid understanding of network architecture (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, Active Directory).
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage concurrent service requests.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global teams and vendors.

Nice to have

• Genetec Security Center technical certifications (SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-002).
