What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process design.
• Configure and set up software systems to meet specific customer business needs.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and budgets while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer training sessions and provide post-go-live consulting support.
• Perform system testing, data migration, and concept validation to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and common business practices in manufacturing, distribution, or finance.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to users with varying levels of expertise.
• Fundamental technical networking knowledge and proficiency in Windows printer configuration.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
