What you will do

• Set architectural direction for AI-assisted developer workflows and evaluation-driven release gates.
• Design agent runtimes and SDKs using frameworks like LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, and MCP.
• Define production standards for prompt management, model selection, and cost/latency budgets.
• Partner with product team tech leads to integrate platform capabilities into their stacks.
• Design, code, review, and deploy features within the application stack.
• Mentor engineers across platform and product teams to raise the bar for agentic software.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Experience developing and supporting AI-powered or LLM-based applications in production.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar.
• Experience with AI observability tools like LangSmith, Braintrust, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience designing and supporting microservices in cloud-based environments.
