TL;DR
Software Engineer (.NET) (.NET/C#): Building and maintaining high-volume websites, mobile applications, internal tools, and backend services with an accent on highly available infrastructure, reliable code, and rapid delivery. Focus on designing scalable systems, researching efficient technologies, and leveraging AI tools for productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Location: Hybrid role based in Thessaloniki or Athens, Greece, with remote options.

What you will do
- Create software solutions from conception through production.
- Translate requirements into simple and sophisticated systems for large-scale, highly available infrastructure.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Deliver features for customer-facing websites, mobile applications, internal tools, and backend services.
- Research technologies and improve solutions to day-to-day engineering challenges.
- Collaborate in an autonomous Agile team with the Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, automation testers, and other software engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production-level software development experience with Microsoft .NET or .NET Core.
- Proficiency in C# and MVC.
- Good understanding of HTTP, REST, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience delivering high-quality code and taking initiative in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset and practical use of AI tools and assistants for productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Nice to have
- Expertise in concurrency and multithreading.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Exposure to secure, scalable, and highly available distributed applications.
