What you will do

• Lead the integration of cybersecurity, supply chain risk management (C-SCRM), and acquisition best practices across mission programs.
• Assess cyber supply chain risks and identify technology gaps to strengthen Army acquisition efforts.
• Partner with NSA, ARCYBER, and USCYBERCOM to align cybersecurity policies and enterprise architectures.
• Develop mitigation strategies and provide strategic guidance to Government leadership.
• Enable secure capability delivery and reduce acquisition risk in complex SIGINT environments.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and SCI clearance (cleared within the last 2 years).
• Full-time on-site presence in Fort Meade, Maryland.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or cyber mission organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) and the DoD acquisition lifecycle.
• Proficiency with NIST SP 800-161, 800-53, RMF, SSDF, SBOM, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Strong understanding of SIGINT operations and cybersecurity engineering.

Nice to have

• Polygraph clearance within the last 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with software acquisition modernization and developing executive-level briefings.
