What you will do
- Conduct research into commercial and open-source technology solutions to address identified customer needs.
- Evaluate technology solutions through hands-on capability testing and trial license assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
- Maintain an inventory of customer-procured technologies, tools, and data holdings.
- Oversee the implementation of capabilities and manage individual cases from submission to delivery.
- Stay current on emerging market technologies that impact customer operations and analysis.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
- 5+ years of direct experience in IT cyber operations or systems integration.
- Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity operations and mission environments.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and integration automation practices.
Nice to have
- ITIL, PMP, or DoD 8140 IAT Level II certifications.
- Experience with CISA programs or federal cybersecurity operations.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and cloud operations.
- Familiarity with malware analysis tools.
