What you will do

• Conduct research into commercial and open-source technology solutions to address identified customer needs.
• Evaluate technology solutions through hands-on capability testing and trial license assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Maintain an inventory of customer-procured technologies, tools, and data holdings.
• Oversee the implementation of capabilities and manage individual cases from submission to delivery.
• Stay current on emerging market technologies that impact customer operations and analysis.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
• Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
• 5+ years of direct experience in IT cyber operations or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity operations and mission environments.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and integration automation practices.

Nice to have

• ITIL, PMP, or DoD 8140 IAT Level II certifications.
• Experience with CISA programs or federal cybersecurity operations.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and cloud operations.
• Familiarity with malware analysis tools.
