UI Designer (AI/Fintech): Designing intuitive, high-performing mobile and web interfaces for AI, insurance, payments, claims, and investment products with an accent on visual quality, interaction design, and usability. Focus on building design systems, simplifying complex financial user journeys, and delivering accessible, responsive interfaces through close collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Location: Remote, candidates must be based in China

What you will do
- Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
- Turn product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, including components and design tokens.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver accurate, pixel-perfect implementations.
- Improve usability through user feedback, analytics, usability testing, accessibility, and responsive design.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, especially mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship; a portfolio is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, Auto Layout, and components.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first principles, iOS and Android platform guidelines, responsive layouts, UX principles, and information architecture.
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys and explain design decisions and individual contributions.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience designing financial products or other complex digital services.
- Experience using FigJam and working with design systems.
