What you will do
- Serve as the principal technical advisor for cybersecurity modernization and SIGINT integration initiatives.
- Develop modernization strategies to improve enterprise resilience and mission effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior government leaders, engineering organizations, and mission stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
- Integrate cybersecurity policies, enterprise architectures, and emerging technologies into operational planning.
- Deliver executive briefings, technical assessments, and architecture recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen with active SCI clearance (cleared within the last 2 years).
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Fort Meade, Maryland.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or cyber mission organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity operations, SIGINT operations, and cyber mission integration.
- Extensive knowledge of Army, INSCOM, NSA, ARCYBER, and DoD cybersecurity missions and organizational structures.
- Strong understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Zero Trust Architecture, and software acquisition.
Nice to have
- Polygraph clearance (within the last 5 years).
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Intelligence Studies.
- Security+ or equivalent certification.
- JPME II Qualified or equivalent.
- Experience conducting supply chain risk assessments for mission-critical systems.
