What you will do

• Serve as the principal technical advisor for cybersecurity modernization and SIGINT integration initiatives.
• Develop modernization strategies to improve enterprise resilience and mission effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior government leaders, engineering organizations, and mission stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
• Integrate cybersecurity policies, enterprise architectures, and emerging technologies into operational planning.
• Deliver executive briefings, technical assessments, and architecture recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with active SCI clearance (cleared within the last 2 years).
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Fort Meade, Maryland.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or cyber mission organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity operations, SIGINT operations, and cyber mission integration.
• Extensive knowledge of Army, INSCOM, NSA, ARCYBER, and DoD cybersecurity missions and organizational structures.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Zero Trust Architecture, and software acquisition.

Nice to have

• Polygraph clearance (within the last 5 years).
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Intelligence Studies.
• Security+ or equivalent certification.
• JPME II Qualified or equivalent.
• Experience conducting supply chain risk assessments for mission-critical systems.
