What you will do

• Design and deliver complex backend and frontend features for banking products with minimal guidance.
• Lead the full SDLC from initial architectural design and idea to release and maintenance.
• Develop LLM-based voice assistants and real-time personalization engines using OpenAI and ML models.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct critical code reviews, and raise engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and UX Designers within a Pod-based model.
• Implement services with a strong focus on security, scalability, and resilience.

Requirements

• Location: Must reside in Kraków or the nearby area.
• 5–7+ years of professional experience building complex, high-traffic products.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring JPA/Hibernate, and Maven.
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Solid grasp of Enterprise Integration Patterns and microservices architecture.
• English: Excellent (C1) spoken and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js.
• Previous experience in the Fintech or Banking domain.
• Knowledge of Netflix OSS.
