What you will do
- Drive AI adoption by helping engineering teams implement internal and commodity AI tools in repeatable ways.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, onboarding materials, and hands-on labs.
- Create high-quality enablement content, including documentation, guides, tutorials, and videos.
- Translate AI capabilities into practical developer workflows for code generation, review, and debugging.
- Build reference implementations, sample workflows, and prompts to demonstrate AI-enabled patterns.
- Partner with platform, security, and architecture teams to align enablement materials with company standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical AI concepts to diverse engineering audiences.
- Proven experience in technical teaching, enablement, or leading developer workshops.
- Hands-on software engineering skills with the ability to write code and build examples.
- Practical experience with LLM-based workflows, prompt patterns, and AI coding agents.
- Strong skills in technical content creation (documentation, diagrams, videos).
Nice to have
- Experience in DevRel, developer advocacy, or internal platform enablement.
- Skill in creating technical screencasts and live demos.
- Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD systems, and internal developer portals.
- Experience scaling new engineering practices across large organizations.
