What you will do

• Design, build, and test automation workflows and AI agents based on approved functional specifications.
• Develop low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Configure and tune AI agent behavior, prompts, and orchestration logic for specific business use cases.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Solution Architects to ensure robust data flows and exception handling.
• Support unit and integration testing and prepare technical handover documentation for support teams.
• Provide build effort and defect data to improve the COE methodology.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with automation platforms, low-code tooling, and AI/agentic configuration.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio or equivalent enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of prompt design, agent orchestration, and AI governance guardrails.
• Strong debugging and testing discipline with a focus on defined acceptance criteria.
• Experience delivering within a pod or squad-based delivery model.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.
