What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of pod commitments, from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Lead the technical direction and make scalable architectural decisions for a dedicated product pod.
• Write production code daily, leading by example in a hands-on capacity.
• Strategically integrate AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) across the full SDLC.
• Coordinate with DevOps and DBAs to remove blockers and maintain a sustainable pace of weekly deployments.
• Mentor engineers on AI-assisted workflows and conduct design-focused code reviews to raise the team's technical bar.

Requirements

• 12+ years of commercial software engineering experience shipping production systems at scale.
• Proven track record of leading technical delivery as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer.
• Deep proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a core part of the daily workflow.
• Strong mastery of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with .NET and React is strongly preferred.
• Eligible to work in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and insurance).

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, healthcare software, or regulated/compliance-sensitive environments.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Azure or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Exposure to trunk-based development and continuous deployment models.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
