What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and testing of enterprise products.
• Define and own the test architecture and quality strategy at the team level.
• Balance active coding in C#, Angular, and APL with guiding automation initiatives.
• Mentor and coach engineers to improve development, automation, and testing skills.
• Advocate for and implement improvements in tools, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering processes.
• Collaborate with POs, TLs, and architects to align technical and quality goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with combined Dev/QA responsibilities.
• Expertise in .NET / C# and working knowledge of Angular.
• Experience with Cloud (Microsoft Azure) and On-Prem infrastructures.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required

Nice to have

• Background in FinTech or capital markets.
• Knowledge of financial derivatives (options, futures, swaps, etc.).
