What you will do

• Design and architect high-performance trading platform components.
• Optimize systems for low latency and high throughput at the CPU level.
• Develop and implement robust Order Management (OMS) and Risk Management (RMS) systems.
• Make critical architectural decisions regarding distributed systems and data modeling.
• Collaborate within a small, high-impact team to deliver institutional-grade financial services.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Americas
• Extensive experience with trading or exchange systems (OMS, EMS, market making).
• Proficiency in low and high-level languages such as C/C++, Go, Rust, or Java.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, and concurrency control.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in high-throughput optimization.
• Proven ability to design complex, service-oriented architectures.

Nice to have

• Algo trading experience (professional or personal).
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol.
• Experience with financial ledgers and quantitative analysis.
• Familiarity with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability and continuous profiling.
