Junior Product Line Manager (Oscilloquartz)

What you will do

• Define marketing specifications for new products and features.
• Interface with OSCILLOQUARTZ defense customers and internal engineering teams to capture market requirements and program needs.
• Author product requirements, including market studies, competitive analysis, pricing, planning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Translate defense-specific customer needs into OSCILLOQUARTZ internal priorities and ensure timely solutions for customer programs.
• Coordinate with business development teams to prioritize product features across opportunities.
• Develop pre-sales documentation and support internal processes to deliver programs aligned with customer expectations.

Requirements

• English required (additional languages are an advantage).
• Experience in sales or sales support is an advantage.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and strong teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills to explain complex technology clearly.
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field; MBA is proffered.
• Experience in software and hardware development; knowledge of network synchronization (e.g., IEEE 1588, GPS/GNSS) is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of network synchronization and related technologies (IEEE 1588, GPS/GNSS).
• Experience in sales or sales support.
