- Define and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategies aligned with business growth.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across recruitment, employer branding, and L&D.
- Elevate the employer brand and employee value proposition to attract high-calibre talent.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and implement future-ready development initiatives.
- Utilize data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and effective budget management across all talent functions.
Требования
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, or related HR functions.
- Significant people leadership experience in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation, particularly within the German market.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities effectively.
