What you will do

• Execute manual and automated cash allocations to open accounts receivable items.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage transit accounts.
• Investigate and resolve unallocated cash items and allocation queries.
• Process manual payments and support the EFC Credit Control team with BACS receipts.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment disputes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Cash Allocation, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Control.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in financial systems, with SAP experience considered a strong advantage.
• Understanding of accounts receivable principles and multi-company environments.
