What you will do
- Execute manual and automated cash allocations to open accounts receivable items.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage transit accounts.
- Investigate and resolve unallocated cash items and allocation queries.
- Process manual payments and support the EFC Credit Control team with BACS receipts.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment disputes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Cash Allocation, Accounts Receivable, or Credit Control.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in financial systems, with SAP experience considered a strong advantage.
- Understanding of accounts receivable principles and multi-company environments.
