What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap for esports tech and data tools, balancing operational needs with long-term innovation.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and lead discovery cycles.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across esports operations, broadcast, marketing, and senior leadership.
• Optimize data pipelines and structures to support both in-game and out-of-game requirements.
• Ensure technical readiness and manage risk during global esports events.
• Supervise live support processes, including incident triage and SLA definition for data tooling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of shipping products in cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Data literacy and understanding of data pipelines and quality.
• Background in esports, live events, or broadcast production.
• Fluent in English (French is a strong plus).
• Travel-friendly for international coordination and global events.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Rainbow Six Siege or hirify.global's competitive ecosystem.
• Experience working with data or broadcast partners like GRID, AWS, or Twitch.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
