What you will do

• Develop and implement cohesive cybersecurity and IT risk control strategies across all technology domains.
• Partner with CIOs and technology teams to ensure regulatory commitments are met on time and within budget.
• Drive secure-by-design principles across the global technology stack, ensurhirify.global security is embedded at every stage of design, build, and run.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and Data Protection Officers to monitor security performance and safeguard customer data.
• Provide cybersecurity and IT risk direction for projects, platforms, and infrastructure within the CTO organization.
• Mentor and grow next-generation cybersecurity talent within the technology domain.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity and/or IT risk within large, complex, regulated environments (financial services preferred).
• Proven track record of influenchirify.global senior stakeholders, includhirify.global CIOs, executives, and regulators.
• Subject matter expertise in Information Security, IT Risk, and pertinent financial services cybersecurity frameworks.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Very good level of English proficiency required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).

• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other information security/fraud management certifications.
