What you will do

• Define security controls for new and existing IT solutions across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Advise technical teams on interpreting and implementing security policies, requirements, and controls.
• Conduct specialized security assessments and verify that security requirements are implemented and enforced.
• Contribute to, test, and monitor the Security Controls Framework, including controls deviation management.
• Support security compliance advisory and consultancy services and manage assessment findings.

Requirements

• Approximately five years of experience in enterprise-level security management.
• Strong technical understanding of current security technologies and emerging developments.
• In-depth knowledge of IT risk and security frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-30, ISF Standard of Good Practice, and ISO 27001/27002.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, collaboration, and autonomous working skills.
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, VOG) is required.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CISA certification.
• IT audit experience.
