What you will do
- Lead new product development from initial planning through successful execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product needs into technical reality.
- Prioritize features and manage backlogs to ensure timely, reliable delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate product success and improvement areas.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, design, sales, and support teams.
Requirements
- Must be a resident of the EU or possess a valid work permit for Spain.
- Fluent in English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within hardware or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of RFID technology and IoT systems.
- Experience with product management tools and agile methodologies.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with regulatory certification processes such as FCC, CE, and UL.
