What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve cloud-based platform infrastructure, including the Internal Developer Platform (IDP).
• Automate platform components and application deployments to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Implement observability capabilities including monitoring, logging, tracing, and SLO-based alerting.
• Facilitate blameless postmortems and manage the operational issues backlog to improve service reliability.
• Support the onboarding and operation of custom Java-based and 3rd-party SaaS solutions.
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure platform availability and stability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in debugging, optimizing, and automating routine tasks and deployments.
• Experience setting up and enhancing product monitoring systems.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Demonstrable Agile mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Datadog.
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas, Rancher, n8n, or Jenkins.
