What you will do

• Create a schedule of engaging visual content for Smooth and Gold.
• Work with presenters and producers to shoot and edit video/photo assets for social platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies, optimizing content for different channels.
• Write video captions and create clickable thumbnails.
• Own social channels and YouTube, ensuring smooth and efficient content delivery.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements to wider production teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of popular music and pop culture, especially from the 1960s to the 2000s.
• Strong video editing skills for both short-form and long-form content.
• Copywriting and photo skills for captions and thumbnail creation.
• Proficiency with content creation tools including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (priority: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience with community management and audience engagement, plus confidence working with celebrity talent.
