What you will do

• Lead and support a high-performing team to deliver brand-aligned content at scale across global platforms.
• Optimize content performance on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok to drive fan engagement and revenue growth.
• Oversee first-line content approvals, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to editorial standards.
• Coordinate with Rights teams to ensure all content meets licensing and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and analyze daily performance data to refine strategies and report on emerging trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-volume digital content production and publishing teams.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube best practices, including MFK channel guidelines.
• Strong brand management skills and sharp editorial judgement for audience development.
• Solid understanding of rights management, compliance, and editorial policies.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in content optimization and performance analysis tools.
