What you will do

• Develop and produce live and taped guest segments.
• Generate original content ideas daily and identify compelling guests.
• Conduct pre-interviews and arrange guest hits.
• Write compelling copy and teases while securing supporting sound bites and video elements.
• Visualize and produce segments to bring creative ideas and franchises to the show.
• Collaborate with Line Producers and CNBC Operations to build a live news TV program.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.
• Exemplary editorial judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and creatively under daily deadline pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays as required.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience booking and segment producing in a live television environment.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and prior experience at a financial news network.
• Familiarity with CNBC News standards.
