What you will do

• Run central mission simulations covering the whole software pipeline.
• Integrate software components and modules into Mission Simulation Software.
• Script battle scenarios and create state-of-the-art mission simulations.
• Identify, understand, and solve complex technical issues by diving into implementation details.
• Continuously challenge requirements to determine what adds technical and operational value.
• Track emerging technologies and recommend and implement improvements to products and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience (including 2 years for exceptional candidates) with strong C++ and/or simulation background; ideally VBS4.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++.
• Experience with VBS4 or comparable simulation engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity).
• API experience to connect software components/modules in VBS.
• Basic understanding of AI data requirements and synthetic data workflows; basic computer vision concepts.
• Good English speaking and writing skills.
