What you will do

• Lead and manage the architecture effort for squads within the Housing Tribe.
• Translate business drivers and capabilities into end-to-end solution architectures.
• Govern architecture and IT assurance (SOC2) for vendor-managed services.
• Provide architectural advisory to the area leadership team and guide technical direction across squads.
• Mentor and coach squads and component mentors to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Take responsibility for the Intermediary portal and Income statement as a Service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering background, ideally in development.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture within complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of architectural practices and formal training.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Utrecht, NL.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT assurance and working with external vendors.
