What you will do

• Define scalable and secure architecture for analytics and machine learning solutions.
• Translate complex business needs from product management and policy stakeholders into technical designs.
• Guide squads in adopting best practices for MLOps, security, and software engineering.
• Analyze existing landscapes to identify risks and drive future-proof architectural evolution.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and platform teams to build enterprise-grade analytics platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or solution architecture.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud architecture and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks on Azure and Azure Machine Learning Services.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark and Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices within cloud-based environments.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
