What you will do

• Lead full end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and produce functional documentation.
• Configure Business Central solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Identify business process improvements and recommend system enhancements.
• Deliver user training and create supporting documentation.
• Support data migration, integration activities, and pre-sales demonstrations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Strong functional expertise across Finance and Project modules.
• Proven experience delivering full end-to-end implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Must be based in Sydney for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Advanced Warehouse Management experience.
• Manufacturing module experience.
• Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform exposure.
• Experience integrating Microsoft business applications.
