What you will do

• Lead and develop the SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll practice, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability growth.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 8 SAP EC Payroll consultants.
• Oversee end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of payroll solutions.
• Advise clients on payroll transformation strategies and operating models.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
• Ensure successful integration between payroll, finance systems, and third-party applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle SAP Payroll and/or EC Payroll implementations.
• Strong expertise in payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing.
• Experience with payroll integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or SAP BTP.
• Proven experience leading consulting teams and managing people.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Nice to have

• SAP Employee Central certification.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors Time Management or SAP Time Tracking.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation across multiple countries.
• Previous experience in Practice Lead or Solution Architect roles.
