What you will do
- Lead and develop the SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll practice, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability growth.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 8 SAP EC Payroll consultants.
- Oversee end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of payroll solutions.
- Advise clients on payroll transformation strategies and operating models.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
- Ensure successful integration between payroll, finance systems, and third-party applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle SAP Payroll and/or EC Payroll implementations.
- Strong expertise in payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing.
- Experience with payroll integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or SAP BTP.
- Proven experience leading consulting teams and managing people.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Nice to have
- SAP Employee Central certification.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors Time Management or SAP Time Tracking.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation across multiple countries.
- Previous experience in Practice Lead or Solution Architect roles.
