What you will do
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and integration points for core applications.
- Design and deliver new features through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on unit testing.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure system stability.
- Implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and quality.
- Support project management by managing timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Mastery of at least two backend technologies: PHP (Laravel), Python, C#, or VB.NET.
- Strong proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Nice to have
- Experience with payment gateway API integrations.
- Knowledge of network application development using sockets.
- Ability to manage stakeholder requirements and behavioral etiquette.
