Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Must be based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Develop and improve core platform services, including event-driven services and identity management.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with modern engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and SRE teams to gather requirements and deliver features.
• Support infrastructure components and shared platform capabilities.
• Report to the Software Engineering Manager and participate in cross-functional delivery processes.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of software development experience, including internships or academic projects.
• Proficiency in software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, databases, and software development tools.
• Basic knowledge of software testing, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
• 1+ years of experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
