What you will do

• Manage high volumes of live chat interactions and resolve customer inquiries regarding products and features.
• Solve customer complaint issues and create detailed report analyses.
• Optimize customer complaint processes to improve overall service quality.
• Coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders to maintain service standards.
• Handle unpredictable emergencies and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in a finance-related major.
• Prior customer support experience in the e-commerce or financial industry.
• Fluency in English and Thai is required.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a number-driven approach to CS operations.
• Willingness to work weekends, night shifts, and irregular hours.
